Electrical Network Master-planning
Master-planning studies are usually undertaken by power utilities to assess the power requirements of a specific supply zone in order to identify future capital expansion green field and refurbishment projects that may be required to ensure that the electricity networks have adequate capacity to handle the forecasted future loads.
Substation and Power Line Design
Our team has extensive experience in the design of medium and high voltage reticulation, distribution and transmission substations for municipalities, utilities and private clients such as mines and holiday resorts. Our previous assignments range from 11kV reticulation substations to 132kV utility substations.
Renewable Energy Studies
ELTEK has experience in the renewable energy sector, particularly in rooftop and large scale solar PV plants as well as wind energy facilities. We have acted in the capacity of design engineers as well as owner’s engineers for various clients.
